Margaret's Meringue

Margaret admitted that she was partial to meringue as a dessert. This was music to my ears.

Why?

Because we have five chooks. Which lay eggs. Daily. So I like to use recipes that use eggs, as we can't consume 35 eggs per week!

So the day before her birthday, I made a meringue for dessert. It used up some eggs and some leftover strawberries and cream.



It was divine (even if I do say so myself). And it also looked, when sliced and served, like it had a a pair of breasts!



Totally boobalicious!
