Wow! you've managed to jam pack a lot of stuff into a short amount of time. looks and sounds as though so far it has all been worth it. The kids certainly look happy. I would LOVE to raise country kids.

What a stressful few days! I'm glad you came out of it still sane enough to share the trip!
I love the idea of reading (by sunlight) until way after 7pm :)
The pictures of the flowers are just beautiful - you might have to take up photography (professionally) while you're away since there seems to be such an abundance of material to photograph :)
How was the first day of school?
